Saint-Nazaire Agglomeration has entrusted the public service delegation (DSP) for the industrial-urban heat network of the Carène Agglomeration Community of the Nazairienne region and the estuary, and the Donges network, to the company Dalkia. In this capacity, Dalkia has created a dedicated company, named Ester, which, upon its creation, took over the DSP and therefore all the rights and obligations related to the RCU. Ester is thus the project owner for the implementation of the works related to the construction of the RCU. Ester then entrusted the company Dalkia with the implementation and monitoring of all the works related to the construction of the RCU, Dalkia thus becoming the project owner by substitution. As part of the works to be carried out in 2026, Dalkia wishes to acquire a mobile boiler room which will be used as a backup, in case of a leak on the network or as a substitute for an existing production. The present notice for a Works Contract concerns the services to be carried out by the Supplier and/or Subcontractor, concerning the supply of a prefabricated Oil-fired boiler room in a container with a power of 3000 Kw (Variant power of 2500 KW). The buyer reserves the right to reject a tender if it considers its financial capacities insufficient or if its technical and professional capacities seem manifestly insufficient to meet the need. The contracting entity reserves the possibility of having similar services carried out, article R 2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code.
