Bulgaria – Construction-site supervision services – „Упражняване на строителен надзор по време на строителство на обект „Реконструкция на улична мрежа, тротоари и подходи към имотите по ул. „Цар Иван Асен“ финансиран със средства по Административен договор № 16/Г.6/03/005333-С01 за безвъзмездна финансова помощ по Стратегически план за развитие на земеделието в селските райони на Република България за периода 2023-2027 г.

The subject of this public procurement is „Exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the object „Reconstruction of the street network, sidewalks and approaches to the properties on ul. „Tsar Ivan Asen“ funded with funds under Administrative Agreement No. 16/Г.6/03/005333-S01 for non-reimbursable financial assistance under the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture in the Rural Areas of the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2023-2027 g.“ The conditions under which the subject of the procurement will be implemented, the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, are in accordance with the documentation for the public procurement and the project of the contract, as well as in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework. The following types of activities are included in the scope of the public procurement: 1/ Exercise of construction supervision during the construction, in accordance with Article 166 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA). The scope of the activities for the exercise of construction supervision during the construction is in accordance with Article 168 of the SDA, including coordination of the construction process until the object is put into operation; 2/ Performance of the function of the Safety and Health Coordinator, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 for the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work when performing construction and assembly works; 3/ Preparation of a final report under Article 168, paragraph 6 of the SDA; 4/ Preparation and registration of a technical passport in accordance with Article 176a of the SDA and Ordinance No. 5 of 28 December 2006 on technical passports of buildings. 5/ Submission of the necessary documents for the appointment of an acceptance commission. 6/ The selected Contractor is obliged to carry out the activity „Exercise of construction supervision during the elimination of manifested hidden defects within the minimum warranty periods" until the expiry of the warranty period for the object, determined in accordance with ORDINANCE NO. 2 of 31.07.2003 for the commissioning of buildings in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and assembly works, installations and construction objects and in accordance with the Technical Proposal of the contractor determined to carry out the construction and assembly works on the object. The warranty periods start from the date of commissioning, certified with a competent document issued by the competent authorities. The warranty periods do not run and are extended for the time during which the Construction has had a manifested Defect, until its elimination. The warranty liability is excluded when the manifested Defects are the result of an Unforeseen Circumstance. ​​​​​​​Full information regarding the scope, volume and requirements for the performance of the subject of the procurement is detailed and regulated in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, an integral part of the documentation for public procurement.
