Germany – Natural gas – Mischgasausschreibung (LB Leeraner Badbetriebs GmbH)

The subject of the tender is the supply of mixed gas, consisting of a biogas component and a natural gas component, for the LB Leeraner Badbetriebs GmbH. The type and scope of the service are set out in the service description and the further tender documents. The delivery period begins on 01.01.2027, 06:00 and ends on 01.01.2029, 06:00. The delivery period is thus two years. The specific delivery start of individual delivery points may deviate from the specified delivery period. In this respect, the information in the service description and its annexes, in particular the delivery point overview, is decisive. Unless otherwise specified in the service description or its annexes, the start of delivery is 01.01.2027, 06:00. The delivery covers a total of one delivery point. The projected reference consumption is: • for the delivery year 2027 a total of 2,182,226 kWh, of which 1,582,226 kWh natural gas and 600,000 kWh biogas, • for the delivery year 2028 a total of 2,182,226 kWh, of which 1,582,226 kWh natural gas and 600,000 kWh biogas. No costing requirements are made by the contracting authority for the natural gas component. Special requirements apply to the generation, origin, accounting and proof of the biogas to be delivered for the biogas component of 600,000 kWh per delivery year. "Biogas" is any gas obtained by anaerobic digestion of biomass within the meaning of § 2 and § 3 of the Ordinance on the Generation of Electricity from Biomass (Biomass Ordinance - BiomassV). "Bio natural gas" ("biomethane") is any biogas or other gaseous biomass that has been processed and fed into the gas grid. Gas taken from a gas grid is considered bio natural gas (biomethane) if the quantity of bio natural gas taken corresponds in thermal equivalent to the quantity of gas from biomass fed into the gas grid at another point over a balancing period of one year, and mass balance systems have been used for the entire transport and distribution of the bio natural gas from its production, its feeding into the gas grid and its transport in the gas grid to its withdrawal, which meet the requirements of the tender documents. The further requirements for the origin of the biogas, the temporal accounting, the exclusion of double marketing and the proof of origin, mass balance and certification to be provided are set out in the service description and its annexes.
