Poland – Solar panels – Budowa odnawialnych źródeł energii na terenie Miasta i Gminy Włodowice (II postępowanie)

The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation and the comprehensive implementation of the investment task entitled "Construction of Renewable Energy Sources in the City and Municipality of Włodowice". The contract involves the design and implementation of the supply, installation and commissioning of: photovoltaic installations - 51 units, energy storage systems – 51 units. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes the Terms of Reference (TOR), including the Functional User Program which is Annex 1 to the TOR. 3. Furthermore, the obligations of the Contractor related to the implementation of the contract are also specified in the draft contractual provisions which are Annex 2 to the TOR.
