Germany – Demolition, site preparation and clearance work – Schadstoffsanierungs- und Abbruchmaßnahmen zur Baufeldfreimachung

The HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is one of the six municipal housing companies of the state of Berlin. In addition, as part of the Berlin School Building Offensive for the state of Berlin, it is responsible for the new construction and renovation of schools. In this role, HOWOGE intends to construct a community school at Pankstraße 70 / Orthstraße 1, 13357 Berlin in the Mitte district of Berlin. The services to be awarded concern preparatory demolition and asbestos removal measures for site clearance of the school buildings and open spaces currently on the property, as well as unexploded ordnance clearance.
