Cleaning services and window cleaning at approximately 20 locations/buildings under the University of Copenhagen (KU). The task involves cleaning of premises, e.g. offices, meeting rooms, auditoriums, animal areas, laboratories (general and GMO1 and GMO2) as well as general public areas. The cleaning service includes ongoing internal cleaning of premises as well as cleaning-related service tasks and is offered as scheduled cleaning. Window cleaning includes polishing of internal and external facade glass, as well as polishing of internal glass and skylights etc. The task is offered in 6 lots, respectively: Lot 1: CLEANING - South Lot 2: CLEANING - Frederiksberg Lot 3: CLEANING - City Lot 4: WINDOW CLEANING - South Lot 5: WINDOW CLEANING - Frederiksberg Lot 6: WINDOW CLEANING – City The total overall cleaning area amounts to approximately: Lot 1: 106,000 m2.
