The subject of the public contracts awarded under the framework agreement are the administration services of the contracting authority's public contracts, both for low-value public contracts awarded outside the Public Procurement Act (ZZVZ) regime and for public contracts awarded in tendering procedures or special procedures under ZZVZ, and further, consulting services related to public contracts going beyond the administration of public contracts, and further, representation of the contracting authority in administrative or judicial proceedings conducted in connection with the contracting authority's public contracts. The selected supplier will provide the contracting authority with the following services for a period of 48 months from the entry into force of the framework agreement or until the maximum financial limit of the framework agreement is reached: comprehensive administration of the contracting authority's public contracts based on the contracting authority's instructions, which includes the preparation of tender conditions and the conduct of the relevant selection procedure in accordance with the contracting authority's internal regulations or tendering procedure or special procedure under ZZVZ from its commencement until its completion in accordance with ZZVZ, project rules and the contracting authority's internal regulations, including any negotiations with suppliers, opening of tenders, acts of assessing the fulfilment of participation conditions and evaluation of tenders, acts following the selection of the supplier (i.e. notification of the supplier's selection, preparation of the decision on the supplier's selection, written notification of the contracting authority, notification of the outcome of the tendering procedure, preparation of the contract for deposit in the contract register), all acts related to the contracting authority's notification obligations towards the Bulletin of Public Contracts and TED, processing of decisions on objections in cooperation with the contracting authority. Included in the above-mentioned acts is also the timely provision of signatures of commission members, invited experts, etc., participation in commission meetings and all acts necessary for the proper procedure of the contracting authority when awarding a public contract under ZZVZ; and also consulting services related to the planning, preparation and awarding of public contracts.
