The Rubanox project involves a development operation aimed at the requalification of a former 3.65 ha industrial wasteland. It involves the servicing of plots intended to accommodate a mixed programme, excluding the specific arrangements of future operators. The works concern residual decontamination, selective deconstruction (Hall 2 and buildings), the provision of networks, renaturation, the development of roads and pathways, as well as the management of rainwater.
