This contract concerns the supply of energy. It is divided into three lots: Lot 1: Electricity from 100% renewable sources; Lot 2: Natural Gas; Lot 3: Renewable Natural Gas (Biomethane). Bidders may submit offers for all or part of the lots. However, the contracting entity reserves the right to award only part of the lots, or none of the three, and to decide to re-launch the lot or lots as necessary using another method, without any bidder being able to claim any compensation whatsoever.
