This consultation is subject to a "composite" framework agreement: - Part of the services is awarded under an ordinary contract and is remunerated by a global and lump-sum price. It concerns the services defined in the CCTP; - The other part is awarded under a framework agreement with a maximum, in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code and is remunerated by unit prices. It concerns services defined in Article 7.4 of the CCTP, and will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The estimated amounts indicated in the RC are indicative and include all renewal periods. The main characteristics of the catering service are: - 16,500 meals to be delivered to 88 sites in the city of Montpellier on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during school periods. - 2,500 meals to be delivered to 42 sites in the city of Montpellier on Wednesdays and school holiday days. The service includes delivery in compliance with hygiene and safety standards, as well as quantity and quality checks (temperature readings, in particular) of the products delivered.
