Germany – Financial leasing services – Kreis Bergstraße, Heppenheim - Beschaffung von 55 Dienstwagen

The District of Bergstraße (also the contracting authority, AG) plans to tender the fleet of the district administration and its municipal enterprises as a replacement for existing contracts. A leasing contract (mileage leasing) without a leasing special payment with a contract duration of 48 months and an annual mileage of 15,000 km per vehicle is planned. A total of 55 vehicles will be tendered under the contract. No advance commitment to a specific dealer is made. The dealer logistics will be agreed with the winner of the tender. Insurance services and vehicle tax are not part of the tendered scope of services and will be provided separately by the contracting authority.
