The procurement concerns the conclusion of a main enterprise contract with one Entrepreneur, who is to arrange and carry out a safe, effective and coherent handling of the soil movement from Nordhavn to Lynetteholmen. The enterprise contract includes the movement of approximately 7.6 million tons of soil. By & Havn and Københavns Kommune have, in recent years, operated a soil depot in Ydre Nordhavn, where both clean and slightly contaminated soil has been continuously deposited. In connection with the upcoming development of the areas in Ydre Nordhavn, there is a need to release areas by moving the soil, which is currently in interim storage, from Ydre Nordhavn to Lynetteholm. It is planned that the soil movement will be carried out from various interim depots in Ydre Nordhavn and then transported by sea from the quay at Terminal 4 on Oceankaj in Nordhavn to a receiving quay, which is being established on Lynetteholm. The soil will then be incorporated into Lynetteholm. The soil transport constitutes an essential prerequisite for the further area development and development in Ydre Nordhavn, and the soil movement will simultaneously support the establishment of Lynetteholm by utilising surplus soil. The purpose of the main enterprise is to arrange and carry out a safe, effective and coherent handling of the soil quantities, including necessary work processes for movement from interim depot to loading quay, loading and shipping from Oceankaj as well as reception and further handling on Lynetteholm with a view to incorporation in the utilisation plant. The main enterprise must be carried out with consideration for the fact that the new container terminal in Ydre Nordhavn will be in operation, and that other enterprises may be ongoing in the area, which is why logistics, access conditions and coordination must be planned so that the work can be carried out effectively and safely. The tendering procedure is carried out by Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S as a joint tender for Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S and Københavns Kommune. Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S manages the procedure and acts in its own name on behalf of Københavns Kommune. The enterprise contract covered by the tender will be concluded with Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S, which is the contract holder and responsible for the ongoing coordination and contract management under the enterprise contract.
