Belgium – Information technology services – Dienstenopdracht voor PaaS hosting, beheer en ondersteuning van het IBM Power System (IBM i)

This contract concerns the provision of cloud-based hosting, management and support services for the existing IBM Power System (IBM i) environment of the ITG. The services include, among others, the provision and operational maintenance of a PaaS platform, the guarantee of agreed service levels (uptime, response times, incident follow-up, back-ups and data recovery), as well as the performance of technical maintenance and monitoring. The contractor is responsible for the continuity and performance of the environment on which various institutional applications run.
