The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical equipment included in the project entitled "Equipping the University Hospital in Krakow with specialist medical equipment, including diagnostic equipment serving specialist outpatient care (AOS) to improve access to healthcare for the inhabitants of Małopolska and neighbouring voivodeships" within the action FENX.06.01 Health protection system, priority FENX.06 Health from the Funds for European Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 – delivery of equipment with installation, commissioning and staff training. Part 1 - set of endoscopic optics with trolleys, part 2 - fast camera with voice recording function, part 3 - videostroboscope, part 4 - set for stress tests, part 5 - 3D printers, type 1, type 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1a to SWZ (description of the subject of the contract), Annex No. 3 to SWZ (contract template). This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, which may result from responses to questions from contractors.
