6.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a Type C ambulance along with equipment. 6.2. The subject of the contract must be approved for sale and use in the territory of Poland, and must also comply with the relevant legal provisions in this regard, and must have all the necessary certificates and other documents listed in the SWZ. 6.3. A detailed description/conditions regarding the subject of the contract are contained in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, and: detailed requirements regarding the technical and operational parameters of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex No. 2b to the SWZ, i.e. in the Tender Form. The Contractor must complete the above annex by providing information (description) about the offered subject of the contract or confirming the parameters given by the contracting authority and entering "YES - In accordance with the SWZ".
