Minimum Contract Value: Implementation of an instance of the Integrated Solution for PG (scope/version 1 only) and deployment of the Integrated Solution including a 1-year warranty. Ongoing operational maintenance of the Integrated Solution for PG instance, known as type 1 maintenance, starting at the end of the warranty period, for a duration of 3 years.

Maximum Contract Value: Minimum Contract Value Implementation of the scope/version 2 of the Integrated Solution for PG instance Implementation of the scope/version 3 of the Integrated Solution for PG instance Ongoing operational maintenance, known as type 1 maintenance, of the Integrated Solution PG for a maximum duration of 4 years. Adaptive, evolutionary, ongoing operational maintenance, known as type 2 maintenance, for the Integrated Solution for PG instance and for a maximum of 700 j*h. Additional services for the Integrated Solution for PG instance and for a maximum of 780 j*h over the contract duration. Associated services for the implementation of other instances of the solution for other entities including implementation, purchase of licenses, ongoing operational and adaptive maintenance and reversibility for a maximum amount of 10,000,000 €. Reversibility to a third party or to RATP. The present contract is concluded within the framework of a purchasing group with RATP CAP Ile de France and its subsidiaries. RATP is the coordinator in award and execution. However, each member of the purchasing group is responsible for the management and oversight on its scope including the issuance of OLS until the payment of invoices, and this, in liaison with the coordinator, if necessary.
