France – Miscellaneous cleaning machines – Acquisition d’une machine de nettoyage par voie humide pour l’Institut de Physique des 2 Infinis de Lyon - IP2I-CNRS (UMR5822)

This equipment must clean optics with a maximum size of 1 m x 1 m x 0.4 m and a maximum weight of 500 kg. The substrates are made of glass (silica, BK7, etc.) or silicon. The Contractor must carry out the mechanical, structural and functional study of the cleaning machine. If the optional batch is confirmed, the Contractor must then ensure the manufacture, delivery and installation of this equipment on the LMA Platform site, taking into account the restrictions related to the dimensions of the accesses. It must also provide maintenance and after-sales service.
