The aim of the tendering procedure is to introduce a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), in which individual public contracts for industrial deliveries of asphalt mixtures intended for continuous maintenance of road surfaces by mechanical and manual processing will be subsequently awarded. The subject of these public contracts will be deliveries of asphalt mixtures ACO 8, ACO 11, ACO 11+/S, ACL 16+/S, ACP 16+/S, ACP 22+/S. These deliveries will be carried out by the contractor picking up the asphalt mixture directly at the facilities of the selected suppliers, with the supplier ensuring the loading onto the contractor's equipment. The subject of the public contracts will not include the transport of asphalt mixture from the supplier's facility to the laying site; the contractor will ensure the transport of the mixture from the supplier's facility to the laying site using its own transport, with the use of equipment under its control. The quantitative and qualitative definition of the subject of the individual public contracts awarded in the DPS will be specified in each invitation to tender issued in accordance with § 141 of the Public Procurement Act. The DPS is territorially divided into 6 categories according to the locations of the individual centres of the contractor.
