The contract involves the delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of stationary electric roller compactors for the client's environmental roads. In addition, the contract includes the relocation of existing installations, supply of components, inspections, tests and technical support throughout the entire lifetime of the installations. The contract involves the delivery, assembly, connection, commissioning and safe handover of eleven (11) new stationary electric roller compactors, distributed across the environmental roads in Culemborg and Zaltbommel. In addition, the contract includes the dismantling, relocation, reinstallation and ready-for-use handover of six (6) existing roller compactors on the environmental road in Tiel, as well as the maintenance of both the new and the remaining existing installations. The client reserves the right to optionally purchase a maximum of six (6) additional roller compactors during the term of the agreement.
