Creation of a Dynamic Procurement System (hereinafter: DPS) for the supply of electricity based on a framework agreement for the purchase of products with annual, quarterly and other longer or shorter timeframes. The contracting authority expects to procure a maximum of 80 000 000 kWh through a call for tenders, which is the expected, planned maximum size of individual contracts to be awarded within the DPS framework. The duration of the DPS is 36 months. The electricity procurement described above is for the following 16 Companies: 1. ALFÖLDVÍZ Regional Water Utility Limited Liability Company (ALFÖLDVÍZ Zrt.) 2. Északdunántúli Waterworks Limited Liability Company (ÉDV Zrt.) 5. ÉRV. Északmagyarországi Regional Waterworks Limited Liability Company (ÉRV. Zrt.) 6. Tiszamenti Regional Waterworks Limited Liability Company (TRV Zrt.) 7. BAJAVÍZ Baja and Region Water and Sewerage Works Limited Liability Company (BAJAVÍZ KFT.) 8. BAKONYKARSZT Water and Sewerage Works Limited Liability Company (BAKONYKARSZT Zrt.) 9. BARANYA-VÍZ Water Utility Service Limited Liability Company (BARANYA-VÍZ Zrt.) 10. BORSODVÍZ Municipal Utility Service Limited Liability Company (BORSODVÍZ Zrt.) 11. E.R.Ö.V. United Regional Municipal Water Utility Limited Liability Company (E.R.Ö.V. Víziközmű Zrt) 12. Soproni Waterworks Limited Liability Company (Soproni Vízmű Zrt.) The circle of contracting authorities may change during the validity of the DPS. The contracting authority does not limit the number of participations that can be submitted. The contracting authority shall act in accordance with the provisions of Section 106 (1) of Act CXLIII of 2015 on Public Procurement (hereinafter: "PPA"), the Decree 307/2015. (X. 27.) Korm. on specific public procurement rules for public service providers, and the Decree 424/2017. (XII. 19.) Korm. on the detailed rules of electronic public procurement (hereinafter: EPR), using the Electronic Public Procurement System (hereinafter: EPS).
