Capacity expansion of the HBU workshop at the Dessau site: The contracting authority intends to award a contract in the framework of a general contractor tender to a capable partner for the comprehensive planning and implementation of the capacity expansion of the HBU workshop at the Dessau site. The aim is to convert part of an existing warehouse and logistics hall into a modern production workshop. The general contractor to be commissioned will take over the complete planning and execution of the project from a single source. This includes in particular the project planning as well as the planning of the technical systems for wastewater, water, gas, heat supply, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical engineering and communications, security and information technology. The updating of the fire protection concept and the creation of the necessary static proofs are also part of the scope of services. The construction schedule and construction sequence plan will be created, updated and aligned by the general contractor on his own responsibility for a timely commissioning of the test field by 31.03.2028. As part of the construction implementation, among other things, a ground-level hall floor with an electrostatic dissipative ESD coating is to be created, the hall lighting is to be adapted and additional light bands are to be installed. In addition, canopy roofs are to be erected, foundations for a column rotary crane are to be created and a new entrance lock and a washing station for large components are to be integrated. Furthermore, technical rooms, office, sanitary and social areas will be created. The arrangement of the functional areas and media will be carried out according to the planned layout. The general contractor is responsible for the quality and economical planning and construction implementation and ensures compliance with all relevant standards and requirements. With the implementation of this project, a future-proof workshop infrastructure for the maintenance and testing of power electronic components and new product groups will be created, which will meet the modern technical and organisational requirements for planning and construction in a special way.
