The subject of the contract specifically includes: 1) execution of preparatory works, 2) obtaining an environmental decision (DŚU) along with the completion of all necessary documents for its acquisition, in particular the Information Card of the Undertaking, 3) obtaining the administrative decision necessary to start and carry out the construction or start construction works - decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment along with the completion of all necessary documents for the execution of construction works, 4) preparation of promotional-informational materials, 5) preparation of the construction project along with the geotechnical documentation, 6) preparation of detailed designs, 7) preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, 8) preparation of maps with the planned division of real estate, 9) preparation of work items, 10) preparation of the investor's cost estimate and cost estimate form for the offer, 11) preparation of responses to questions from contractors and making any necessary modifications to the prepared documents during the tender procedure, 12) provision of author supervision during the execution of construction works.
