The subject of the contract is: the maintenance of medical devices. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (Conditions for carrying out technical inspections, their implementation deadlines and the scope of maintenance service/ List of maintenance service works) and in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ (List of devices). The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers in accordance with Annex No. 5 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract - list of devices) for PACKAGES NO. 1-131: technical inspections and maintenance of medical devices. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers for any number of packages. The contracting authority reserves the right to submit offers by the Contractor for the entire range in a given package.
