Dąbrowskiego/Radosna) do komory zlokalizowanej na terenie Zbiorników Wody Czystej (ZWC) Pożegowo w Mosinie w ramach zadania inwestycyjnego nr 3-05-15-058-0 Poznań i gminy - magistrala wsch. i komory wodociągowe.

The subject of the order is the development of the Project in accordance with the current Construction Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works, and the functional-user programme (design documentation including the land development project, architectural-construction and technical design) for: • the reconstruction of the DN1000 pressurized pipeline supplying the Clean Water Reservoirs Pożegowo, including technological chambers, on the section from the chamber K10W13 (Puszczykowo, Dąbrowskiego/Radosna) to the chamber located in the area of the Clean Water Reservoirs (ZWC) Pożegowo in Mosina as part of the investment task no. 3-05-15-058-0 Poznań and the commune - eastern main and water supply chambers, together with obtaining a legally binding decision on the building permit for construction works or obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection by the architectural and construction administration body accepting the building application for the respective task (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining a building permit in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form is at the discretion of the Contractor) and the performance of author's supervision in the phase of realization of the works carried out on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the order from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor of the construction works to the signing of the final acceptance protocol of these works. Specific requirements regarding the Subject of the Order as well as all information regarding design solutions are contained in the attached technical conditions and their supplement, issued by „AQUANET” S.A. constituting the basis for design. As part of the author's supervision, it is necessary to provide for: • Supervision cards with stay on the construction site - 10 Supervision Cards • Supervision cards without stay on the construction site - 10 Supervision Cards, a total of all supervision cards 20. In the event of the need to increase the number of stays on the construction site or to increase the number of supervision cards without stay on the construction site, the unit prices from the Agreement on the performance of author's supervision for the above task will be accepted for settlement, whereby these prices will apply for no more than 50% of the number of Supervision Cards with stay on the construction site and no more than 50% of the number of Supervision Cards without stay on the construction site presented above.
