Poland – Architectural services for buildings – ZZK - NZ/241/3400/80/26 Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej na remont i przebudowę budynków gminnych położonych we Wrocławiu – 2 Zadania

The scope of the order includes: 1) the preparation and delivery to the Purchaser of design and cost documentation for the repair and reconstruction of the given building, in the detailed scope described in the guidelines for the preparation of design and cost documentation, 2) obtaining and delivering to the Purchaser, for the given building, a decision from the Architecture and Monuments Department of the Wrocław City Office (hereinafter referred to as WAiZ UM) for a building permit, together with confirmation of the submission of an application to WAiZ UM for a certificate that the decision has become final/obtaining and delivering to the Purchaser a certificate of no grounds for objection to the intention to carry out building works in accordance with Article 30(5aa) of the Act of 7 July 1994 on Construction Law, 3) the performance of author's supervision during the execution of the building works covered by the prepared documentation.
