The scope of the order includes: 1) the preparation and submission to the Buyer of design and cost documentation for the renovation of the staircase, including the restoration/renovation of historical elements in the given building, in the detailed scope described in the guidelines for the preparation of design and cost documentation, 2) obtaining and submitting to the Buyer, for the given building, the agreement/decision of the Dolnośląski Wojewódzki Konserwator Zabytków acting through the Wojewódzki Urząd Ochrony Zabytków we Wrocławiu, approving the adopted design solutions, 3) providing author's supervision during the implementation of the construction works covered by the prepared documentation.
