The subject of the contract is the provision of the Service in the field of investor supervision over design works, services, supplies and construction works, which are the result of the implementation of the Contract concluded as part of the public procurement procedure entitled: "Design and construction of distributed modules constituting components of the National Road Traffic Management System on the S17 expressway". The Service will cover the supervision of the preparation of the Contractors' Documentation, including their verification in terms of completeness, consistency with the PFU and its annexes, legal regulations and technical standards, correctness of design solutions, management and control of the implementation of the Contract on the KSZR, including supervision of design works, supplies including supplied software, KSZR services, construction works, tests, settlements, verification of measurements checking the correctness of the operation of the traffic measurement station and other measuring devices, participation in acceptance and preparation of recommendations for the Contracting Authority in the field of acceptance of documentation, partial and final, checking and acceptance of works subject to concealment or disappearance and partial, participation in tests and technical acceptance of installations and devices SZR, current technical, organizational and legal advice for the Contracting Authority, continuous monitoring, management and resolution of matters related to the proper execution by the Contractor of the Contractor's Documents, supplies, works and tests and close cooperation with other Consultants performing the function of investor supervision for the remaining parts of the contract to ensure the consistency of the implementation of the Contract entitled "Design and construction of distributed modules constituting components of the National Road Traffic Management System on the S17 expressway in three parts.
