The subject of the procurement is: "The provision of a service involving the review and assessment of design documentation for the task entitled 'Construction of the main passenger terminal with associated infrastructure' of Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice." 2. The obligations and tasks of the Contractor include, in particular, a) the provision of a service involving the review and assessment of design documentation, b) the transfer of intellectual property rights to the documentation produced by the Contractor.
