The subject of the public contract is the continuous and ongoing provision of engineering and project management activities in the preparation and implementation of the Children's Sports and Cultural Centre project on behalf of and in the interest of the contracting authority – Statutory City of Brno, Brno-střed municipal district. This involves providing engineering and project management activities of the project manager (PM) and the client's technical supervision (TDS) and their implementation team a) in the Project Phase (during the preparation of project documentation at the PDPS level), b) in the Tender Phase, i.e. the phase of creating tender conditions for selecting the construction contractor and during the tender procedure for selecting the construction contractor and c) in the Implementation Phase, i.e. the phase of construction implementation in the form of performing the client's technical supervision activities. When fulfilling the public contract, work in CDE and the resolution of comments and other tasks through related systems is required.
