Poland – Construction management services – Pełnienie funkcji Inżyniera Kontraktu w ramach zadania inwestycyjnego pn.: „Przebudowa ulicy Jachtowej”

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the performance of the role of a Contract Engineer as part of the investment task entitled "Reconstruction of Jachtowa Street", covering the section from the intersection with Rogozińskiego Street to the intersection with Parkowa Street in Świnoujście. The service includes, in particular, comprehensive management, coordination, control and settlement of the investment task, performance of multi-disciplinary investor supervision, handling of claims, material-financial reporting, and performance of activities during the warranty and guarantee periods for construction works. The detailed scope and conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified by the SWZ and its annexes, in particular the draft contract, description of the subject of the contract, list of settlement elements, description of the task covered by the performance of activities, design documentation, stage diagram and decision no. 2/DR/2023 on the permit for the implementation of the road investment.
