The Energy Agency's IT tool, the Energy and Building Analysis, along with the associated database Athena, is based on the idea of using shared tools and data sources to both promote and support the green transition. The purpose of the tool is to ensure uniform and cost-effective reporting on, among other things, the Notification on energy efficiency in the public sector, especially § 5, and to offer public actors the opportunity to disseminate campaign materials and conduct database-based building and energy analyses. Services related to the operation and further development of the IT tool, Energy and Building Analysis, can be purchased under the framework agreement.
