Long-term electricity procurement 2027. Subject – five-lot procurement procedure – The task of the Winning Bidders (as Suppliers) is to sell long-term wholesale electricity products (hereinafter: electricity, or electricity products) to the Joint Procurement Entities (as Buyers) for the usage period between 00:00 on 1 January 2027 and 24:00 on 31 December 2027, and to supply these electricity products to the Balance Responsible Area of the Joint Procurement Entities, according to the contract to be concluded as a result of a separate procurement procedure to be conducted by the Joint Procurement Entities. The subject procurement procedure aims to conclude five Framework Agreements. The subject procurement procedure – during the aforementioned usage period – will be announced for the procurement of a total of 922,421,000 kWh of electricity in five procurement lots [1st procurement lot ("A" package)/2nd procurement lot ("B" package)/3rd procurement lot ("C" package)/4th procurement lot ("D" package)/5th procurement lot ("E" package)], with a maximum quantity of 184,484,200 kWh per procurement lot. The Joint Procurement Entities collectively commit to a liability to call off and accept 100,000,000 kWh - 100,000,000 kWh of electricity products per procurement lot during the usage period. The procurement of electricity products in this procurement procedure is based on partial delivery, within five Framework Agreements (commercial agreement).
