The Sportcampus Zuiderpark in The Hague is a leading sports complex with facilities for various sports. In addition, it is a knowledge centre with sports training, research and innovation. Here, the municipality of The Hague, The Hague University of Applied Sciences and ROC Mondriaan, as owners of the complex, bring the whole of The Hague into motion. For the management of the common areas and installations, the Vereniging van Eigenaars (VvE) Sportcampus Zuiderpark has been established, in which the owners are represented. Various electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, public address, intrusion detection and CCTV installations are present on the Sportcampus. Responsibility for the management and maintenance of these installations lies partly with the VvE (for the common installations) and partly with the individual owners and users for their own installations.
