On the Morningstelle 32/2, 72076 Tübingen, Tübingen, University, NWI, GreenRobust, New Construction WIC 2, Excellence Cluster, Architectural Services according to Section 3, Section 1, HOAI, The University of Tübingen plans the new construction of a plant cultivation building (WIC Hall 2) with climate chambers, greenhouse areas and laboratory, work and office spaces in biological safety level S2. The building will be constructed below the existing WIC Hall 1 and connected to the research infrastructure. The measure serves to accommodate the Excellence Cluster "GreenRobust" and is part of the nationwide construction program. An existing, identical structure can serve as a reference for the planning. Object planning services and laboratory planning services for S2 laboratories as a special service for the new construction according to the HOAI will be commissioned. The estimated total construction costs are 11.0 million € gross (as of construction price index I/2026 = 193.2).
