Denmark – Chemical products – Offentligt udbud vedrørende levering af polymer for Provas - Haderslev Spildevand A/S

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the continuous delivery of polymer to Provas - Haderslev Spildevand A/S’ wastewater treatment plant for final disposal, according to Annex 1.1 – Overview of Wastewater Treatment Plants. The estimated value of the framework agreement is estimated to be 807,157 DKK per year with an estimated quantity of 23,920 kg per year. The estimated value and quantity are solely indicative and are based on historical data and expected future needs, and therefore cannot be taken as an expression of a guaranteed future turnover. The maximum value of the framework agreement can be up to 30% higher than the estimated quantity. The contracting authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with two (2) suppliers, each of whom will be assigned a ranking based on the criterion "Price." This ranking determines which supplier is primarily used, with priority given to the highest score. If the highest-ranked supplier cannot meet a specific task in accordance with the agreement's requirements, the task will be transferred to the next best supplier. The framework agreement has a duration of 48 months from the date of signature of the framework agreement until 30.11.2030. For a more detailed description of the requirements for the scope of the task, refer to Annex 1 – Specification of Requirements and Annex 2 - Bid List. The contracting authority has chosen not to tender separate sub-contracts. The contracting authority has, based on economic considerations, estimated that more advantageous prices can be achieved with a combined agreement. In order to ensure the quality and coherence of the overall tendered task, it is considered appropriate to have one combined framework agreement, and a division, from a market perspective, is not considered to give further companies – including SMEs – the opportunity to submit bids.
