The subject of the contract are construction works, including in particular: 1) the construction of one multi-family residential building with five above-ground floors and one underground floor, with two staircases and two elevators; 2) the execution of 77 residential units and 77 storage units, including two units adapted for the needs of wheelchair users; 3) the execution of an underground garage with 46 parking spaces as well as technical and utility rooms; 4) the construction of a refuse shelter, manoeuvring roads and a fire road, parking lots, pedestrian paths, a public square and two ramps; 5) the execution of sanitary, water, gas, electrical, photovoltaic, telecommunications, ventilation, area lighting, drainage installations and electric vehicle charging stations; 6) the execution of a photovoltaic installation; 7) the execution of all preparatory, demolition, earthworks, structural, finishing, installation and completion works necessary to obtain a permit for use. 2.
