Poland – Wastewater treatment plant construction work – Przebudowa i rozbudowa istniejącej oczyszczalni ścieków w Nowogardzie

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of the investment entitled: "Reconstruction and expansion of the existing wastewater treatment plant in Nowogarde". The currently functioning wastewater treatment plant is located in Nowogarde, in the north-eastern part of the town at ul. Zamkowa 9. The subject of the order includes the comprehensive implementation of the Investment, in particular: a) preparation of the complete design documentation, obtaining all necessary administrative decisions, opinions and approvals required by law, including, but not limited to, a building permit and (if applicable) an update to the water permit; b) execution of all construction works as well as supply of machinery and equipment in accordance with the approved design documentation and PFU; c) provision of author's supervision during the execution of construction works; d) completion of the full commissioning and trial operation (Operational Test) process, including confirmation of achieving the Control Parameters and Environmental Effect; e) obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the final decision on the permit to use; f) provision of a warranty on the terms specified in the contract.
