The following framework agreement is to be awarded for the supply of medicines released on the basis of prescriptions issued by specialists, general practitioners, pharmaceutical products, food supplements, technical medical products, and protective equipment for beneficiaries in the centers under the DGASPC Cluj. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 16 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders set out in the invitation to participate. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP.
