The main objectives of this framework agreement are as follows: Successfully restart the system resulting from the execution of the CNT6 programme while ensuring service continuity; Quickly acquire sufficient knowledge of ANTAI's business areas and those of its partners to ensure a satisfactory level of service, particularly during the design and implementation of technical and functional developments; Have the flexibility and reactivity necessary for the implementation of functional and regulatory developments; Implement the modernisation trajectory defined by ANTAI within the specified deadlines, in coordination with the other contractors for the CNT programmes. This includes: Ensuring the capacity of components to handle massive increases in load, particularly in connection with new projects (Freeflow on motorways, local authority radars, etc.); Redesigning certain components threatened with technical obsolescence; Improving the service provided to users, particularly in terms of simplification; Improving the maintainability of the components produced; Improving and digitising internal and external exchanges with a view to achieving 'zero paper'; Increasing the automation rate of task processing; Improving our environmental performance.
