The KID intends to publish a framework agreement, which will then be concluded between the bidder of the economically most advantageous tender in accordance with the award criteria and the KID. The subject of the advertised service is the procurement of services for the digitisation of the existing files and the current mail receipt (scanning material) of the Foreigners' Registration Office (ABH)/LH MD, with full compliance with the relevant data protection regulations and the strict requirement that the physical scanning material and its digital copies never leave the territory of the Federal Republic (Inlandsklausel). Bidders commit to providing the necessary personnel, technical and logistical resources during the contract period with the submission of their tender.
