Description
The municipality of Hoorn, on behalf of the municipalities of Drechterland, Enkhuizen, Hoorn, Koggenland, Medemblik, Opmeer and Stede Broec (Regio Westfriesland), is organising an admission procedure (semi open house) for the execution of diagnostics and treatment of Severe Dyslexia for young people aged 7 to 13. This involves support based on the Youth Act, where diagnostics are used after insufficient results from support within education and treatment takes place according to the Protocol Dyslexie Diagnostiek en Behandeling (PDDB 3.0). The region aims to conclude a framework agreement with all providers who meet the specified suitability and execution requirements. This admission procedure concerns an Open House procedure and is not a tender in the sense of the Public Procurement Act 2012.
