The subject of procurement Group 1 - Multimedia Equipment is the procurement, delivery, installation, connection and commissioning of multimedia (audio-visual) equipment and systems in the hall and a public address system for the lobby of the building, in accordance with the technical specifications and quantities from the bill of quantities which is an integral part of the procurement documentation. The subject of procurement also includes the issuance of certificates and user training. The offered equipment must fully meet the minimum technical and functional characteristics specified in the individual items of the bill of quantities ("or equivalent" where so indicated) and must be interoperable and compatible with the existing audio infrastructure and wiring of the building (multicore connection with stage box, existing speaker wiring). The subject of procurement Group 2 - Furniture is the procurement, delivery and installation of furniture and related equipment for the interior of the building (hall/theatre, lobby, cloakroom, sanitary facilities), in accordance with the technical specifications, quantities, dimensions, materials and colours specified in the bill of quantities. Note for both groups: Since the public procurement procedure for the reconstruction of the multipurpose hall of the Duga Resa People's Open School is underway, the start of delivery of the subject of procurement (delivery) will be coordinated with the purchaser in accordance with the dynamics of the construction site and the purchaser's expectations as to when the individual rooms will be ready for acceptance and installation of goods. The maximum delivery time is set separately for each Group. Additionally: The purchaser has attached visualizations (renders) of the hall and entrance, as well as the execution project for the equipment.
