Germany – Engineering services – Markt Presseck: Sanierung Kindertagesstätte Schulhaus Wartenfels

The municipality of Presseck plans the renovation and expansion of the day care centre in the district of Wartenfels. Currently, a kindergarten group is located in the basement of the former school building in Wartenfels. As part of the construction project, the municipality intends to expand the day care centre to include a nursery group, to functionally and aesthetically restructure it and to adapt it to current requirements. The partial energy renovation of the building, limited to the areas relevant to the day care centre (basement incl. adjacent areas on the ground floor). Planning services for the building according to HOAI have already been provided for this purpose. LPH 1 and 2 (preliminary studies and preliminary planning with cost estimate) are completed. Landscape architects and specialist planners have not been involved to date. The total costs are estimated at approx. 2,0 million € gross. The project will be funded with public funds according to FAG / FAZR. A detailed description can be found in the tender documents - Annex 01.
