Poland – Unleaded petrol – RDW we Włodawie.Dostawa paliw w 2027 r.

The subject of the contract is: RDW in Włodawa: Fuel Supply in 2027

2. The scope of the contract includes:

1) The supply will consist of:

a) refuelling unleaded petrol PB 95 in a maximum quantity of 6 000 l,

b) refuelling diesel oil ON in a maximum quantity of 35 000 l,

c) purchasing operational materials directly related to ensuring the technical operability of the vehicle (engine, hydraulic and transmission oils, coolant, windscreen washer fluid, ADBLUE, greases, brake fluid, light bulbs, etc.) – as needed

2) Delivery conditions:

a) Cashless refuelling of vehicles and purchase of operational materials – at the Contractor's Fuel Station.

b) The fuel station should be located in the town of Włodawa.

c) The driver/operator will confirm the fact of each fuel or operational material pickup for the official vehicle with their own signature on the issue document.

d) The Contractor undertakes that the fuel station will be available to the Contracting Authority 24/7 on all working days as well as Sundays and public holidays as needed.

e) Ensuring that the invoiced price of fuel and the price for other purchased operational materials will be in accordance with the prices valid at the Contractor at the time of purchase, taking into account the offered discount.

3) Issuing collective VAT invoices, settling the liability for the purchase of fuels and operational materials no more than twice a month.

4) The quantities of fuels given in point 2.1) subpoints a) and b) are maximum quantities. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the ordered quantities of fuels according to the needs of RDW, in which case the provisions of point 5 will apply.

5) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the assortment of one fuel to another, within the maximum value of the entire order.

6) Fuels must meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025, item 1680).

3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate in the submitted offer which part of the order the Contractor intends to entrust to subcontractors.

4. The subject of the contract has been described in a manner specified in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Law (PZP). The Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions to those described, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of evidential means referred to in Articles 104-107 of the PZP, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent extent.

5. In accordance with Article 433(4) of the PZP, the Contracting Authority indicates that the minimum size of the service specified in point 2.1) subpoints a) and b) is 20% of the quantity of litres of unleaded petrol PB 95 and 20% of the quantity of litres of diesel oil ON.

6. The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of purchasing fuel and operational materials in a cashless form using fuel cards.
