Services as an Expert: With his offer, the bidder shall provide the services for the examination of the relevant civil engineering structures according to RL UP-EB in the SIA phase 32/33 (construction project/design project). The expert generally considers the following points when assessing the project file entrusted to him: · Structural safety (overall system and all structural components). · Usability in the interest of the owners · Maintenance-friendliness in the interest of the owners · Economy in the interest of the client and financial stakeholders · Feasibility of the planned solutions (in particular construction methods, safety, deadlines and quality) The expert should enable high-quality, technically feasible and economical overall solutions through his expert examination. The expert must also be able to provide sufficient capacities of the necessary quality during peak loads. Objects to be inspected Lot 1 The objects to be inspected and the inspection packages of Lot 1 (Section 1) are listed below. The objects are described and documented in the pre-project dossier (see Part D100) of the respective sections. The inspection includes, for each object, the necessary construction aids, such as scaffolding, excavation enclosures, auxiliary bridges etc. as well as any necessary impact protection measures. As part of the pre-project, an expert inspection was already carried out in view of the SBB-internal technical pre-examination. These reports are also available in Part D100.
