The subject of the procurement is the execution of construction works in the "design and build" formula as part of the investment task entitled "Expansion and upgrading of the Świętokrzyskie Oncology Centre in Kielce in order to increase the scope of services and the innovativeness of oncological treatment", without division into parts. The subject of the procurement includes the overall design and expansion of the hospital complex in the scope of three material scopes, designated in the PFU and in the material-financial schedule of the Investment Programme as investment tasks.
