Description

With this procurement, the contracting authority wishes to continue to have an adequate, safe, reliable and well-performing ICT infrastructure, in which its employees can work smoothly and securely. As part of hybrid working, they must have secure access to their applications and files both at home and in the office. All necessary applications and necessary services are provided in a simple/clear manner. The ICT environment is well managed so that it is always up-to-date and secure and has maximum uptime. During the execution of the contract, the municipalities have the following objectives:

• A stable IT environment that securely and reliably provides people with a future-proof digital workplace.

• The municipality, in its role as client, only needs to have limited substantive expertise.

• Service provision based on functional requirements with an internal service desk close to functional management.

• We want to see the workplace as a utility that is outsourced as much as possible.

• The application landscape is a strategic component and is therefore under its own management and control.

A contract is agreed with one supplier. The contract is agreed for a period of at least 4 years and at most 14 years. The start date of the contract is the date of signature (mid-December 2026). The start of the initial term of 4 years is between 1 May and at the latest 1 July 2027. This is also the date of go-live of the ICT service. After the initial term, the contract can be extended five (5) more times, each time for two (2) years.
