Poland – Pharmaceutical products – 112/PN/ZP/D/2026 - dostawy produktów leczniczych w ramach programów lekowych

The subject of the present tender procedure is the supply of medicinal products, including those under pharmaceutical programs, hereinafter referred to as “goods” in accordance with the type and quantities specified in the “Product and Price Form”, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the “Offer Form”, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. The order is divided into 8 parts (packages). In the Product and Price Form, in the relevant columns of each part, the quantities that will be ordered by the Independent Public Health Care Facility University Clinical Hospital No. 2 of the Medical University of Łódź and the Independent Public Health Care Facility University Clinical Hospital No. 1 named after N. Barlicki of the Medical University of Łódź are indicated. Each of the Purchasers signs a separate contract regarding the order in the quantity specified in the Product and Price Form for the given hospital.
