France – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – Accord-cadre pour l'acheminement et la fourniture d'électricité et de gaz naturel (en 2 lots)

This is a framework agreement in accordance with Articles R. 2162-2 and following of the Public Procurement Code, concluded for each of the lots with 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of compliant offers). The framework agreement does not set out all the contractual provisions; it will lead to the conclusion of subsequent contracts under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. Framework agreement with unit prices for the quantities actually carried out. The effective date of the framework agreement is set for 1 January 2027 or from the date of its notification if the latter is after 1 January 2027, until 31 December 2030 inclusive. The framework agreement is awarded without a minimum and with a maximum quantity.
