Design, technical assistance, technical verification and construction services for the investment objective “Integrated Rehabilitation of the Marin Preda Theoretical High School Building, Turnu Măgurele, Teleorman County”, selected for its financing under the National Programme for the Consolidation of Buildings at High Seismic Risk (PNCCRS) coordinated by MDLPA, subprogramme for the design and execution of intervention works for buildings of public interest and utility. The main objective of this investment is to carry out intervention works on the Marin Preda Theoretical High School Building, which has insufficient seismic protection levels, degradation or damage due to seismic actions, as well as to ensure the functionality of these and reduce the specific annual energy consumption. The total estimated value is 23,013,793.59 lei excluding VAT, broken down by budget lines, as follows:

The contracting authority has provided in the budget of the objective expenses “diverse and unforeseen”, “expenses related to the budget margin” and “expenses for the establishment of the implementation reserve for price adjustment”. These are not included in the estimated value subject to the offer, but have been taken into account in determining the award procedure. Interested economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 14. The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 7 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
